Q: How do I get in touch with you guys?

Q: What material are your shirts?
A: Our tees are 4.3 oz, 100% ringspun cotton. 100% soft and perfect!
Q: What is your sizing measurements?
A: Our tees fit is a bit on the smaller side. The fit is a slim vintage fit and a light 4.3 oz weighting to achieve softness and coolness (literally). Below are the specs for both male and female sizing:
Men's Body Width: S=18", M=20", L=22", XL=24", 2XL=26"
Women's Body Width: S=15 1/4", M=16", L=17", XL=19"
**Please note: Body width taken 1” below armhole for sizing
Q: I want to exchange my shirt, how do I do that?
A: Simply send your unworn, re-sellable merchandise to us with a brief note explaining the reason for your return and what you would like for us to do. Exchanges for items shipped correctly will need an additional Shipping & Handling payment of $6 and usually take 1 week to process.
Q: I ordered a shirt "__" days ago. Where is my order?
A: Your shirt is either on its way or on backorder. If your shirt is on backorder you should have been notified of the delay. You should receive an email when your order fullfills and another when it ships. If there is a backorder situation, you will be notified via email as well. Thank you for being patient.
Q: Do you charge sales tax on purchases?
A: Due to our location in Texas, Texas residents are charged 8.25% sales tax on their order totals to comly with IRS regulations. All other states within the United States will not be charged sales tax on their orders.
Q: I would love to carry Flashover Clothing in my store or become an affiliate... how can I do that?
A: Its best to email wholesale@flashoverclothing.com.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes... for an extra shipping cost.
Q: Is your online store safe to order from?
A: Yes. Our store is hosted on a secure server and we use Paypal, Inc. to process all of our credit card transactions securely. Your information is secure and is not shared with any third parties. For all of our privacy, terms & conditions, please click those words at the bottom of this page.
Shipping Terms, & Conditions
Shipping Charges are $3.00 on all single U.S. orders. Order one shirt it's $3.50, order 2 or more and its just $5.00. So order a lot of shirts and don't worry about excessively large shipping charges like some other sites like to do.
Canada Orders are $15.00 for all orders. So it's $15.00 for one or 20 shirts. Most Canada orders are shipped either regular mail or Global Priority and should arrive within 12 business days. But sometimes it takes up to 30 days for items to arrive. But it is rare and stuff like that happens more with European orders.
International Orders to Europe, Australia, and Asia are $20.00 per order. So it's $20.00 for one shirt or 20 shirts. Just like U.S. orders. Most international order are shipped global priority mail and should arrive in 7-14 business days. Also any VAT or import tarriffs etc... are your responsibility, but we really haven't had any complaints. Also lately we've been having some orders take longer to arrive. Some orders are taking up to 30 days to arrive. This isn't every order but about 5% of orders.
We ship 99.9% of our U.S. orders by Priority or First Class Mail via USPS. What does this mean? It means you should get your order in 3 to 4 days. I know I hate waiting around for something to come when I order it, so I won't make you wait. So if you order a couple shirts on Monday morning you should be wearing them by Thursday..... unless we're out of stock.
Backorders sometimes do happen. When we run out of stock of an item we will wait for it before shipping your order. We try to keep everything in stock but sometimes everyone orders the same thing at once. It's never more than 28 days before we get something back in. Usually much less. So if we're out, you may have to wait an extra week. But it's going to be rare and we will make it up to you.
Returns accepted on an exchange basis only. Replacement orders shipped upon return of product in good saleable condition.
